GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jilijoin account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank's processing times. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, contact jilijoin support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

Yes. The minimum deposit at jilijoin is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification checks in line with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include:
